What people ask before they hire us
Do you give free quotes?
Yes, including the site visit, anywhere in Greater Accra. Outside it we charge for the travel and take it off the job if you hire us.
How do payments work?
By stage, never in advance of work done. Typically a deposit for materials, then payments at foundation, lintel, roofing and handover.
Are you insured?
Yes, public liability and workmen's compensation. We send the certificates with every quote without being asked.
Can you work from my own drawings?
Yes. If you have no drawings we can have them done and included in the quote.
What if the price changes?
It changes only if you change something or the ground surprises us. Either way you get it in writing and agree it before we continue.
